Drop Off Details…

Good 2 Grow will continue to refine the check-in process to make it as streamlined and efficient as possible.  By reading the information below and understanding how the process works, you will help us keep this a fast and efficient process.

Before you bring your items to Drop Off

Consignors will be responsible for placing their items on the sales floor.  Please keep this in mind when you make your Drop Off Appointment.

Children can NOT be left unattended in cars during drop off.  Please make childcare arrangements if necessary.

Make sure all of your items are clean, pressed, hung and tagged.  Clothing should be grouped by gender and size.

When you get to the sale for Drop Off

Leave your items in your vehicle and sign in first at the check-in-table.  At the check-in-table you will:

  • Fill out your Consignor Agreement
  • Provide us with a sample tag
  • Inform us if you will be coming to pick up your items or will be donating them.
  • Sign a car seat attestation form (if applicable)
  • Fill out large item Do Not Remove tag(s) (if applicable)
  • Receive your Consignor Presale Passes

If raining, please unload your car and move your car to the parking lot prior to placing items on the sale floor so others may use the space.

Consignors will be responsible for placing their items on the sales floor.  If volunteers are not busy, they will be happy to help you with placing your items on the floor.

Good 2 Grow will have rolling racks and a rolling dolly available on a first come first serve basis to assist with moving items from your vehicle.

Pick Up Details…

Consignors have the option of picking up their unsold items or having them donated to charity.

Items not picked up by the end of the designated pick up time -OR- items tagged with white cardstock will be donated to a local charity.

If you know you would like to donate some or all of your items, please tag them with white card stock.

To pick up any of your remaining items, just stop by the sale location between the pick up hours (see pick up schedule above).  All of your items will already be separated by your consignor number.  Larger items may be off to the side with your consignor number on them.   Volunteers will be available to help you locate and sign for any of your unsold items.  Please bring a photo ID with you.   We want to ensure that only you or your designated friend leave with your items.

Please bring along boxes or totes to carry unsold items.

Please also make sure that you check the lost & found table for any of your items that may have been separated from their tags during the sale.

Lastly, because our time is limited to move out of the building, all items remaining immediately after the close of pick-up time will be donated.   We will no longer be able to call no-shows or wait for late arrivals If you cannot be there to pick up your items, you may designate a friend to pick up any remaining items for you.   We appreciate your punctuality and understanding.
